Late June through early August is a big time for us. Both Micah and I have our birthdays during that time. We got engaged in early July and will celebrate our wedding anniversary on August 1st. We also started this blog in early July and start working on the house around the same time. Of course, little Izzy joined our little family in July last year. It’s hard to believe it’s only been a year. It feels like years ago.
As it is Friday and we’re getting ready to go to Whistler for a long weekend (YAY!), I’ll make this short. Yay to us and Izzy for making it a whole year. We look forward to many, MANY more years all together.
This picture was snapped of Izzy just 10 minutes ago. Clearly she is not happy that I have disturbed her sleep to snap a picture but she’s just so cute snuggled up on her couch in her room (my craft room).

It's our dog's anniversary this weekend too. Our 1st Gus-iversary. I seriously cannot believe it's ONLY been a year! With all we've been through with him, it feels like a decade! We love him so much though! Happy Izzyversary!
